Day 305 –
It’s not “ME”, its Christ within me.
Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
“How in the world do you do all the stuff you do?” This is probably one of the most common questions I get asked on almost a daily basis.
Between traveling for work, writing, Bible Studies, running, Mom, Wife, and Life, I’m going in many different directions on a daily basis, and just thinking about it makes me tired…..But friends, I promise, this is not me.
The normal Kristen loves to sleep, read, relax and run.
Yet, within me, there is this energy source called Jesus Christ, and He is like a race horse filling me with compassion for the least of these, leading me by love, driving me toward knowledge and wisdom, and providing me with enough energy to get it all done.
It’s in the time spent with Jesus in the wee hours of the morning that He directs my path and assures me that if I do as He leads, He will bring all that He is doing in my life to completion.
On the other hand, there are those things that All of us try to force into our life and schedule, that aren’t designed for us and take extra effort. It is these things that will bring us down and eventually have to end if we want to be able to do the Best things that Jesus has for us.
There is no way in this world to fit ALL things into our life, but if we are living for Jesus ALL things are possible.
How are you going to choose to live, all alone, exhausted and unable to fulfill the plans God has for you? Or are you going to choose to live for Christ in You and be able to accomplish great things, way beyond whatever you could imagine?
